Procedure
2014 discharge: European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)
Subjects: 2014 discharge
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): VAUGHAN Derek (S&D)
Summary
A decision on the 2014 discharge for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Amendments postpone discharge and the closure of accounts, address financing of biocidal-product procedures under the BPR Regulation through fees, and raise serious concerns over the Agency's committees authorising uses of DEHP, proportionality and risk-management responsibilities, transparency, independence of staff and anti-fraud measures.
