Summary
This decision concerns the 2014 discharge for the European Police Office (Europol). The amendments postpone discharge and the closure of the accounts, and address carry-overs and cancellations linked to delays in IT projects, the application of conflict-of-interest and exclusion measures in public procurement, the enforcement of codes of conduct and declarations of financial interests, the adoption of whistleblowing rules, and the fight against corruption through better public access to documents.
