Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): VAUGHAN Derek (S&D)
Summary
This dossier concerns the 2014 discharge for the European Agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice (eu-LISA). The amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of accounts, criticise high cancellation ratios of carried-over appropriations and delays in IT projects, note cost overruns for the SIS II, VIS and EURODAC systems, and call for conflict-of-interest and anti-fraud measures.
