Summary
This dossier is the 2014 discharge for the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking. The amendments offer alternative decisions to grant or postpone discharge to the Executive Director and to approve or postpone closure of the accounts, and address the Court of Auditors' report and its unqualified opinion on the legality and regularity of transactions, budget execution rates, the FP7-to-Horizon 2020 transition, and in-kind and cash contributions.
