Summary
Own-initiative report on poverty from a gender perspective. Amendments focus on closing the gender pay gap through pay transparency, gender-neutral classification and reversing the burden of proof, women's labour-market participation, the gender gap in pensions and old-age poverty, single-parent families, the ICT sector, mandatory pay audits and sanctions, and revision of equal-treatment legislation.
