Recommendations to the European Commission on the negotiations for the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA)

This dossier is the Parliament's recommendations to the Commission on negotiating the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA). The amendments rework provisions on the impact on developing countries, Policy Coherence for Development and the Sustainable Development Goals, Aid for Trade, transparency and democratic accountability of the negotiations, the relationship to the GATS and WTO and special and differential treatment, and concerns over liberalisation of financial services and water supply.
