Summary
Report on the EU/Philippines Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation. Amendments reference ASEAN-EU cooperation, the Mindanao peace deal with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, the Enhanced Defence Cooperation Agreement with the United States, territorial claims in the South China Sea and UNCLOS arbitration, GSP+ trade preferences, climate vulnerability, land reform, and extrajudicial killings and human rights concerns.
