Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities with special regard to the concluding observations of the UN CPRD Committee

This own-initiative report concerns implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, with regard to the concluding observations of the UN CRPD Committee. The amendments call for CRPD implementation in human rights dialogues with third countries, external financing instruments and the European Disability Strategy, a focal point in the European External Action Service, and mainstreaming disability in EU migration and refugee policies.
