Summary
This own-initiative report covers the 2014 annual report on monitoring the application of Union law. The amendments add figures on complaints and infringement procedures and late transposition of directives by Member States, and debate enforcement in banking and finance legislation, the Late Payments Directive, the Stability and Growth Pact and Maastricht criteria in relation to the debt crisis, the European Semester recommendations, and tax and State aid cases.
