The amendments address unemployment, youth unemployment and NEETs, the gender pay and pension gap, poverty and social exclusion, social fairness, undeclared work, skills mismatches and the Youth Guarantee, pension systems, the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and the shifting of taxes away from labour.
