Summary
This own-initiative report concerns a budgetary capacity for the Eurozone. The amendments debate whether a fiscal capacity should deliver stability, convergence, growth and jobs, tie financial support to conditionality, convergence and structural reforms, link solidarity to responsibility, and reference instruments such as the Structural Reform Support Programme; several amendments instead reject the fiscal capacity, and many cite Treaty articles and protocols.
