Budgetary Control of financing NGOs from the EU Budget

An own-initiative report on the budgetary control of EU funding to NGOs. The amendments debate NGOs' role in humanitarian aid and Agenda 2030, transparency and a central database of NGO funding and results, limits on operating grants versus project-specific funding, reductions in administrative burdens, and conditions on funding, including references to the Cotonou Agreement, the Busan Partnership and the Cairo ICPD on sexual and reproductive health.
