Summary
The dossier is an own-initiative report on improving the connection and accessibility of transport infrastructure in central and eastern Europe. Amendments address connectivity, underdeveloped infrastructure and rail modernisation, projects such as Via Carpatia and Rail Baltica, TEN-T core network corridors, ESI Funds and the Connecting Europe Facility, coordinated planning via national master plans, and macro-regional strategies.
