Summary
A legislative proposal amending exposure limit values to protect workers from carcinogens or mutagens at work, building on Directive 2004/37/EC. The amendments address binding occupational exposure limits and their periodic revision in light of scientific data, reprotoxic substances and whether to regulate them separately, dermal absorption, health surveillance, measurement methodology, feasibility for SMEs, and delegation of acts to the Commission under Article 290 TFEU.
