Summary
A legislative proposal on cross-border parcel delivery services. Amendments (one opinion proposing outright rejection of the proposal) address still-high tariffs for low-volume senders, SMEs and individuals, transparency of public tariff lists, terminal rates, definitions of 'parcel' and universal service providers, and information duties of parcel delivery providers toward national regulatory authorities.
