A proposed regulation addressing geo-blocking and other forms of unjustified discrimination based on customers' nationality, place of residence or place of establishment within the internal market. Amendments revise recitals on the internal market and free movement of goods and services, the relationship with the Services Directive (2006/123/EC), traders' general terms and pricing arrangements, transport ticket sales, and technological measures and geo-marketing affecting customer access to online interfaces.
