Summary
This dossier concerns a multi-annual plan for demersal stocks in the North Sea and the fisheries exploiting them. The amendments revise recitals and annexes on target fishing mortality ranges consistent with maximum sustainable yield, biomass reference points, objectives of the Common Fisheries Policy, the landing obligation, the precautionary approach, recreational fisheries, stocks shared with third countries, and named stocks such as cod, haddock, plaice, saithe and sole.
