European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop)

The dossier concerns the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop). The amendments split between proposals to abolish and phase out the Agency on grounds of cost and sound management of public money, and proposals retaining it to assist the Commission in shaping vocational education and training, skills and qualifications policies; they also address cooperation with the tripartite agencies Eurofound and EU-OSHA, and delete several provisions.
