This dossier concerns the simplification of the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union. The amendments revise provisions on indirect implementation through Member State organisations, the creation, governance and reporting of Union trust funds, and the conditions for keeping funds of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II), the European Neighbourhood Instrument and the development cooperation instrument (DCI) unallocated.
