Summary
This dossier recasts the EU directive on common rules for the internal market in electricity. The amendments revise recitals on decarbonisation, renewables and a competitive cross-border market, and address consumer rights, supplier switching and fees, comparison tools, dispute settlement, public service obligations, cross-border interconnections, and access for all customer groups to trade their flexibility and self-generated electricity.
