Amending budget 1/2016: emergency support within the Union; European Police Office (Europol)

This dossier is amending budget 1/2016 on emergency support within the Union and the European Police Office (Europol). Amendments address an influx of refugees and migrants requiring urgent humanitarian assistance within the Union, the legal and budgetary basis for such support, redeployment of appropriations from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, and excluding agencies with increased migration and security tasks from the staff-reduction target.
