Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the future of ACP-EU relations beyond 2020. The amendments debate rebuilding the relationship as a fair partnership between equals respecting countries' heterogeneity and sovereignty, oriented towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals and human rights; they address regionalisation, association and economic partnership agreements, the Cotonou Agreement, land-grabbing in the agri-food sector, fair tax systems, and reform of joint ACP institutions.
