European Central Bank annual report for 2015

This own-initiative report is the European Central Bank annual report for 2015. Amendments discuss euro area growth, unemployment disparities between Member States, government deficit and debt-to-GDP figures, the external surplus, the inflation target and the ECB's mandate under the Treaty, the Asset Purchase Programme and quantitative easing, monetary policy effects on credit and asset prices, and the European System of Central Banks' role in financial stability and payment systems.
