Summary
A decision on the 2015 discharge for the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA). Amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and raise concerns over publication of declarations of interest of Management Board members, transparency toward stakeholders and lobbyists, gender imbalance on the Board, and the Agency's anti-fraud strategy, while highlighting its contribution to maritime safety and prevention of pollution from ships.
