Summary
A report on the 2015 discharge for the European Railway Agency. The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and the closure of the accounts, and address gender balance, prevention of conflicts of interest and publication of CVs and declarations of interest, whistleblower and 'revolving doors' rules, meetings with lobbyists, OLAF, the Agency's double location in Lille and Valenciennes, recruitment, and its role in rail safety, interoperability and ERTMS.
