Summary
A discharge decision on the budget of the European Police College (CEPOL, the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training) for 2015. Amendments address granting or postponing discharge, the budget implementation rate and carry-overs, the relocation from Bramshill in the UK to Budapest, training of law enforcement officers, a counter-terrorism training project in the MENA region, publication of experts' declarations of interest, and proposals to dissolve or merge the Agency.
