2015 discharge: European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)

Discharge decision on the implementation of the 2015 budget of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and approving or postponing the closure of the accounts, and address transparency, accountability and integrity, carry-overs of committed appropriations including for a biocides IT project, conflict-of-interest policy and a related advisory committee, rules on revolving doors with sanctions, and the composition of the Agency's committees.
