2015 discharge: European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)

This dossier concerns the 2015 discharge for the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). The amendments alternate between granting and postponing the Executive Director's discharge and the closure of accounts, and address outstanding Court of Auditors comments, carry-overs of appropriations, gender and geographical balance, conflict-of-interest declarations and publication of Board members' CVs, ESMA's mandate, consumer protection, proportionality, and the review of ESMA's financing arrangement including fees on market participants.
