2015 discharge: SESAR Joint Undertaking

A discharge decision on the 2015 budget of the SESAR Joint Undertaking. The amendments postpone discharge and the closure of accounts, address conflict-of-interest rules, declarations of absence of conflicts and the protection of whistleblowers and 'revolving doors', delayed Horizon 2020 calls and payment appropriations, the Eurocontrol/SESAR agreement and in-kind contributions, an anti-fraud strategy, the ATM Master Plan, the Connecting Europe Facility, and remotely piloted aircraft systems.
