Discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget of the European Union agencies for the financial year 2015: performance, financial management and control

A discharge decision on the budget of EU agencies for the financial year 2015. The amendments address agencies' influence on policy areas such as health, environment, migration and security, staffing and shared services, transparency, conflicts of interest and publication of CVs and declarations of interest, whistleblowing rules, the funding and independence of regulatory risk-assessment agencies (including EFSA, ECHA and EMA), carry-overs, grants, and gender balance.
