Summary
Own-initiative report from the inquiry into emission measurements in the automotive sector. Amendments concern discrepancies between NOx emissions of diesel cars in NEDC laboratory tests and on the road, available emission control technologies and the Euro 5/6 limits, defeat devices, the delayed introduction of Real Driving Emissions tests and PEMS, conformity factors, manufacturers' resistance and pressure on the Commission, and findings of maladministration by Member States.
