Control of spending and monitoring of EU Youth Guarantee schemes cost-effectiveness

An own-initiative report on controlling spending and monitoring the cost-effectiveness of EU Youth Guarantee schemes. The amendments cite European Court of Auditors findings on limited results, the Youth Employment Initiative and its funding under the 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework, youth unemployment rates including in countries such as Greece, NEETs, age limits, the role of SMEs and stable financing from EU and national budgets.
