Summary
The dossier is the European Semester annual growth survey 2017. The amendments debate the EU budget's added value for investment and structural reforms, the Stability and Growth Pact and convergence criteria, VAT and customs collection and a blacklist of tax havens, the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), the Youth Employment Initiative and Youth Guarantee, ESI funds, monetary policy and support for SMEs.
