Drivers of certain road vehicles for the carriage of goods or passengers: initial qualification and periodic training; driving licences

A legislative file on the initial qualification and periodic training of drivers of certain road vehicles for the carriage of goods or passengers, and on driving licences. The amendments address modernising training with ICT tools such as e-learning and blended learning, road-safety subjects and fuel-efficient eco-driving, clarifying 'principal activity' and exemptions (including a 100 km radius and agricultural undertakings), mutual recognition and driver qualification cards, and reducing transport greenhouse-gas emissions.
