This dossier establishes a multi-annual plan for small pelagic stocks in the Adriatic Sea and the fisheries exploiting them. The amendments address the common fisheries policy's objectives of protecting the marine environment and sustainable management, the GFCM and national management plans, regionalisation, allocation of fishing opportunities under Regulation 1380/2013, scientific advice, target fishing mortality and FMSY, and conservation reference points and safeguard measures.
