Withdrawal of the European Union from the International Rubber Study Group (IRSG)

Through this consent procedure, Parliament adopts a legislative resolution giving its consent to the withdrawal of the European Union from the International Rubber Study Group (IRSG), following a request for consent submitted by the Council under Articles 207(4) and 218(6) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the recommendation of the Committee on International Trade. Parliament instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission, the governments and parliaments of the Member States and the Secretariat of the International Rubber Study Group. Parliament adopted the text on 2025-10-08.
