Summary
Legislative proposal on the Structural Reform Support Programme 2017-2020, its financial envelope and general objective. Amendments address strengthening Member States' capacity to prepare and implement structural reforms, support upon request by the Commission, the oversubscription of the Programme and selection criteria, links to economic and social cohesion and preparation for joining the euro area, financing through the Flexibility Instrument, involvement of local and regional authorities, and transparency of results.
