Summary

A legislative proposal on the repeal of the Regulation on the notification to the Commission of investment projects in energy infrastructure within the EU. Amendments reject the Commission proposal and call on the Commission to withdraw it, and assert that energy is a strategically important sector whose natural resources and means of production should remain in public ownership in keeping with the public interest.
