European agenda for the collaborative economy

The dossier is Parliament's report on a European agenda for the collaborative economy. Amendments distinguish collaborative, sharing and profit-making platform-economy models, address employment relationships, working conditions, social protection and labour rights, undeclared and non-standard work, and the position of women, young people, seniors and people distant from the labour market, while noting regulatory loopholes and the role of the Commission and Member States.
