Summary
Own-initiative report on women's economic empowerment in the private and public sectors in the EU. The amendments address occupational segregation, precarious and atypical work, the gender pay and pension gaps, women's under-representation in science, mathematics, IT and engineering, the impact of gender equality on GDP and employment, maternity and parenthood, and reconciling work and family through childcare.
