Implementation of the 7th environment action programme

An own-initiative report on implementing the 7th Environment Action Programme. The amendments reference Articles 191 and 192 TFEU, the Paris Agreement and COP 21, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, European Environment Agency reports, the legally binding 2020 objectives and 2050 vision of the 7th EAP, greenhouse-gas emissions from agriculture and livestock, weak implementation of environmental legislation, and threats to air quality and biodiversity.
