Summary
Own-initiative report on the fight against cybercrime. Amendments adjust citations to the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, conventions on the rights and protection of children including against sexual exploitation, EUROPOL's Internet Organised Crime Threat Assessment, and EU data protection rules, referencing the Court of Justice ruling invalidating the Data Retention Directive.
