Summary
The annual report on the implementation of the common foreign and security policy. Amendments debate whether foreign affairs, defence and security are Member State competences or best served by common EU action, referencing the EU Global Strategy, NATO and the EU's fragile security architecture, and add recommendations on EU-Asia relations and the Asia-Europe Meetings, the Korean peninsula (DPRK), weapons of mass destruction, EU-China relations and Latin America.
