Summary
This dossier concerns amending budget 5/2017 for the European Fund for Sustainable Development (EFSD) and the Emergency Aid Reserve (EAR). The amendments propose transferring resources mainly from the ITER budgetary lines, welcome the adoption of the Fund and call for time-limited experimental implementation observing human rights, and deplore the low implementation of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the Internal Security Fund by Member States.
