Summary

Discharge decision on the 2016 implementation of the EU general budget by the European Commission and executive agencies. The amendments address the estimated level of error, missing supporting documents, weaknesses in pre-accession instrument audits and budget support, development cooperation and official development assistance, trust funds, and Court of Auditors special reports; several postpone the Commission's discharge.
