Summary

Discharge decision on the 2016 implementation of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) budget. Amendments grant or postpone discharge and closure of the accounts, address underpayments to staff linked to the 2005 Staff Regulations transition, appropriations carried forward, work-life balance and sick leave, whistleblower protection and an ethics code, the Internal Audit Service report on project management, and the Irish country coefficient.
