Summary
Decision on the 2016 discharge for the European Medicines Agency. Amendments grant, postpone or close the Agency's accounts and raise the Court of Auditors' findings on accounting transparency and procurement, the funding share from pharmaceutical-industry fees and related conflicts of interest, gender balance, IT consultants and reorganisations, whistleblowing, access to documents, clinical data transparency, and the impact of the United Kingdom's withdrawal and relocation to Amsterdam.
