Summary
Discharge decision on the 2016 budget of the European Training Foundation (ETF). Amendments grant, postpone or approve the closure of accounts and add observations on gender balance among staff, work-life balance and anti-harassment measures, conflict-of-interest declarations of management board members, the transparency register, whistle-blower protection, key performance indicators, the unsatisfactory premises situation, and cooperation with Eurofound and Cedefop.
