Summary
This dossier concerns the 2016 discharge for the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA). The amendments alternate between granting and postponing the Executive Director's discharge and the closure of accounts, and address gender imbalance among staff, a whistleblower disclosure body, the Agency's role in the common fisheries policy and the landing obligation, increased inspections through joint deployment plans, the stable budget, and an expanded maritime coastguard mandate.
