Summary
Discharge dossier on the 2016 budget of the Fusion for Energy Joint Undertaking (F4E) for ITER. Amendments postpone the discharge decision and closure of accounts, address the Union's contribution and budget ceiling, an additional funding requirement and an 82% increase over the approved budget, a roughly fifteen-year delay in the construction phase, the operational, deactivation and decommissioning phases, and the United Kingdom's notified withdrawal from the EU and Euratom.
